“Fall Brook Point is the ultimate get away spot. With the beautiful, natural scenery and easy access to the Village of Skaneateles, you would not be able to find a more perfect location. The point has incredible views and once the sun goes down, it only gets better - sitting by the lake with a roaring bonfire and roasting marshmallows under a sky of stars.
From having your morning coffee on the wrap around porch to spending our days out on the lake and ending the day hanging out by the bonfire, there is no place I'd rather spend a week with some great friends. Elizabeth”

“We spent a wonderful week at the Main House for a family reunion and there was something for everyone. The property is gorgeous; house is beautiful and the views are spectacular - and plenty of room for everyone. We spent our days kayaking, swimming, taking walks and visiting the lovely town at Skaneateles. Evenings were spent visiting on the front porch and making s’mores at the nightly bonfire! Thank you John and Michele for sharing Fall Brook Point…. A perfect vacation!”

“I visited Fall Brook Point for the first time about a year ago.I fell in LOVE my first time seeing the property.
Talk about aesthetic! There are multiple houses on the property and the architecture will leave you speechless. This property is one of the finest on the lake and it has the most beach front of all the others. The waterfall between the Main House and South Camp is truly beautiful. Falling asleep with my window open and the water running in the distance is one of my favorite memories of the place. Skaneateles itself is a wonderful town with great restaurants, scenic views, and many quaint shops. Despite all of the wonderful things I’ve mentioned thus far, the best part of my multiple stays at Fall Brook Point is definitely the hospitality of the owners themselves. Michele and her family are extremely friendly, gracious, and responsive to all your needs and any questions you may have. Fall Brook Point is one of my favorite places I’ve ever been to and it will forever have my heart. Mitch”

“There is no other place in the world like Fall Brook. It is the perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. It is secluded on a peninsula in the Finger Lakes, while still being close to town and world-class vineyards. It is the perfect lake for swimming, waterskiing, fishing, and boating. I've been staying in the South Camp since I was in third grade and cherish all the memories I've had there singing around the bonfire, reading on the porch, waterskiing, and ultimately making lifelong friendships with Michele and her amazing children. Fall Brook is one of the most unique properties on Skaneateles Lake. The setting provides unparalleled beauty. From the South Camp porch you can see fish swimming through the crystal clear waters and from the Main Camp wraparound deck you have 360 views of the lake...and of course the insane sunsets. Not to mention, there are numerous trails and waterfall hikes on the property, volleyball nets, and the perfect swimming docks. Plus, it's dog-friendly so you can bring your four-legged friends along. Megan”

“I am part of a group of families that has rented at Fall Brook Point since the early 1990s. We always rent the entire Main (north) House, and we have often rented the South Camp as well during September, usually the weekend after Labor Day. There are lots of places we could rent in the Finger Lakes. Here is why we come back to Fall Brook every year:
This lake front home welcomes you with a large wrap-around porch which is a great place to relax and has a great view of the beach and lake. Coffee in the morning, cocktails in the evening are centered on the porch. When it rains, we shift activities from the beach to the porch and watch the storms roll in.
When the weather is warm enough in early September, we spend a lot of time in the water. The beautiful point on which the Main House is located is great for swimming. There are long sections of beach on both sides of the point - if the water is rough on one side, it is calm on the other side. The rafts and docks enhance the swimming experience. Every evening we have a bonfire on the beach, and stars make it an even more beautiful venue. A large grass area on the point is perfect for volleyball or soccer games and the dogs have plenty of room to run. The creek and waterfall which feed into the clean and clear lake are fun for kids to explore. We normally bring motor or sail boats, kayaks, and paddle boards, which can be stored overnight on anchor buoys or pulled up on the beach.”

“At night in Skaneateles is like being in an unbelievable dream. The sky is clear, the stars are bright, and the campfire is big and warm. You can see the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper when you look at the stars. The moon is so bright and big that you can almost see the whole lake !!! Sometimes you can see shooting stars if you look hard enough. You can hear the crickets chirping in the woods and once in a while you might hear a boat go by. And if you are camping out, you can look up at the stars and hear the lake ripple in the wind. Peaceful.”

“It is of course, as usual, hard to put into words the Bromley 2006 Fall Brook experience. This year was indeed extra special for us as both my Mom and my dad were both able to be with us for the day on Saturday. There are endless words to describe our weekend, but the immediate ones that come to mind include fun, peaceful, comforting, loving, bonding, true family values, appreciation, awareness of God and country . . .
Again, on behalf of all my family, we thank your family for Fall Brook. At our good-bye "flag pole tradition" yesterday (impromptu comments from young and old alike, tears and hugs, "can't wait till next year"), we each experienced the true magic of Fall Brook.”

“John and Michele are such great hosts and super accommodating. John was staying at the large camp during our stay and he was so easy to talk to, checked on us and made us so comfortable. We’re local and this place is one we grew up enjoying and loved bringing our kids down to. The lake front is perfect, the porch has the best view and you feel away from it all.
We had two families in the house and we were comfortable. The volleyball net was a bonus. My kids 12-15 were the perfect age! We hope to return next summer!”
